(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung urged the health sector to promote preventive healthcare and primary care while ensuring access to fundamental healthcare services for all. In an annual review meeting on Friday, the Prime Minister said the health sector should be vigilant in preventing epidemics from outside Vietnam, improve communal health clinics and family doctor model and ensure food safety. He said health insurance should protect social equality in healthcare services and facilitate health examinations under health insurance.
