(VOVworld) – Party Leader Nguyen Phu Trong attended a ceremony to mark the judicial sector’s 70^th founding anniversary and the giving of the Independence Order, 1^st Class. Mr. Trong appreciated the sector’s performance over the past 70 years.

He asked the sector to make thorough changes in its organization and quality to confirm its important position in the new period.
He said: “In order to improve compliance with the law, we have to enhance legal communications and education, considering it an important task in political ideological education. It’s a permanent task of the whole political sector to help all people and organizations improve their sense of legal compliance. More importantly, we have to encourage role models in abiding by the law among cadres, party members, and state employees and combat red-tape and corruption.”


Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc presented the Independence Order, 1^st Class, to the Ministry of Justice.
