(VOVworld) – The Party and State have always paid attention to developing craft villages. State President Truong Tan Sang said while meeting with craft artisans on Monday on the occasion of the 10^th anniversary of the Vietnam Craft Villages' Association.

Truong Tan Sang said handicraft products not only have great economic values but also reflect the culture and soul of Vietnamese people. He stressed the significance of developing craft villages as this will help preserve and promote Vietnamese culture to the world.
Mr. Sang urged the Vietnam Craft Villages Association to work closely with the artisans to duplicate successful craft models and exchange experience to create competitive traditional products in the global integration.
