(VOVworld) – On Monday, the Philippines presidential palace affirmed Manila won't dismiss the ruling of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in the Hague on the Philippines’ lawsuit against China’s interpretation and application of the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.

President Rodrigo Duterte did not rule out the possibility that Japan would take part in multilateral negotiations on the East Sea. A spokesman for the Philippines presidential palace, Martin Anadar, said President Duterte has repeatedly said that the Philippines would not put aside the PCA’s ruling.
