At a working session with provincial leaders in Hanoi, the PM lauded the province’s past efforts for comprehensive socio-economic development but said the province needs new motivation.

He asked the province to make an effort to become a culture-education-health center. He said growth models should optimize local potential and have a regional connection.  The PM asked the province to work out a long-term development vision.
