(VOVworld) - National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan’s official visit to India on Thursday is expected to further the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

The visit, at the invitation of Chairman of the Indian Senate Mohammad Hamid Ansarin and Speaker of India’s Lower House Sumitra Mahajan, aims to promote cooperation on the threshold of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties and the 10^th anniversary of their strategic partnership. The tour will strengthen cooperation between the two parliaments, laying a firm foundation for long-term, stable relations between the two countries.
