Top US, Chinese officials to meet in Alaska
(VOVWORLD) - US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will meet top Chinese officials next Thursday during a stop in Alaska, the State Department said on Wednesday.

White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan will attend the meeting in Anchorage with China’s top diplomat, Director of the Office of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs Yang Jiechi and State Councilor Wang Yi.
The meeting will follow the first overseas trip to Japan and South Korea by Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Austin’s trip to India. President Joe Biden will meet online with the Prime Ministers of Japan, Australia, and India.
