(VOVworld) – On Thursday the National Assembly Ethnic Council held a training course on campaigning for ethnic candidates from 17 northern provinces to the upcoming National Assembly and People’s Council elections.

Vice-chairwoman of the National Assembly Tong Thi Phong said ethnic candidates have the right to be trained in campaigning. During the two-day course, they will be taught how to present their programs of action, build their image, speak in public, and answer media questions.
