(VOVWORLD) - The Tourism Department of Ninh Binh province is working with local agencies to delimit the Trang An world heritage site.

Markers will be erected to define the boundaries, core, and buffer zone of the Trang An Complex, a natural and cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO. The 12,000-hectare complex has 475 red core markers, stretching over 40 kilometers. The buffer zone, stretching over 50 kilometers, is delimited by 211 green markers. The 260,000 USD project will be completed this year.
