(VOVworld) – On Tuesday, Donald Trump won in the Republican nomination in Washington state where he received 76.2 per cent of the total votes.

The victory won him at least 27 of 44 delegates which means Mr. Trump now almost has the 1,196 delegates he needs to clinch the GOP nomination. But the 70-year-old billionaire still needs another 24 votes in the primaries to be held in June to become Republican candidate for the presidential election in November. The Republican party is expected to hold primaries on June 7 in California, New Jersey, New Mexico, Montana and South Dakota.
