(VOVworld)- South Korean newsagency Yonhap on Thursday, reported that the 2 Koreas had agreed on restoring their military hotline on the west coast, towards reopening the joint industrial zone Keasong. The hotline which was cut last March due to escalating tension on the Korean Peninsula will be resumed on Friday. Previously, on Wednesday, a meeting between two countries’ liaison offices of Customs, Immigration and Quarantine at Keasong Industrial Complex was held. South Korean Ministry of Unification said the outcome of this round of talks will be transferred to the second round of talks of the Kaesong Industrial District Management Committee (KIDMC) scheduled for next Tuesday.
