The same day, British Defense Minister Michael Fallon visited the Royal Air Force at Akrotiri RAF base in Cyprus.
He told personnel from 903 Expeditionary Wing that Royal Air Force strikes against the IS will make British streets safer.
He added that two Tornado fighter bombers joined an existing eight earlier this week and six Typhoon fighters were also flown to the base to take the fight to Daesh.
