Yaseniuk said in order to stabilize the situation in Donbass and open talks with Kiev, Moscow must comply with the Minsk agreement signed in Belarus. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grygori Karasin said Russia is ready to take part in any dialogue with Ukraine but only in the presence of representatives of eastern and southern Ukraine. Mr. Karasin said they would rather talk to those who have the trust of people in the region than make ineffective initiatives.
