(VOVworld)-Defense Minister General Phung Quang Thanh received his Ukrainian Counterpart Salamatin Dmitry Albertovich, yesterday/ on Thursday.

The two discussed the current situation past cooperation between the two defense ministries, and cooperation orientations for the future. General Phung Quang Thanh said the visit will boost friendship between the two countries, and open up new development in bilateral defense cooperation.  General Thanh and Mr Albertovich agreed that the two armies should focus on exchanging delegations at all levels, cooperating in training and sharing their army building experience.
