(VOVworld) – The Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council announced a cease-fire in Donbass, eastern Ukraine, on Tuesday despite the fact that for the last two days, opposition forces had violated the ceasefire several times. The violation was recognised by the supervising group—consisting of representatives from Ukraine, Russia, and the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe. At least 15 people, including 7 civilians, were killed and tens of people were injured in Donetsk over the last 24 hours.
