Kobler met with members of Libya’s internationally-recognized government and parliament in the eastern city of Tobruk on Saturday and members of a rival administration in Tripoli on Sunday.
At news conferences in Tobruk and Tripoli following these talks, he urged politicians to rally around a UN deal proposed by his predecessor Bernardino Leon to set up a national unity government.
