(VOVWORLD) - The UN on Tuesday said its members have pledged 2 billion USD for humanitarian aid in Yemen.

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said other countries have also pledged to donate. Saudi Arabia and the UAE are the biggest donors, with a commitment of 1 billion USD. Mr. Guterres called for new peace talks for Yemen.
