The meeting was held at the request of Britain, France and the US to discuss the military campaign of the Syrian army and its allies to take control of Aleppo.
Meanwhile, Syrian forces on Saturday recaptured a camp of Palestinian refugees in the northern province of Aleppo from the hands of rebels. This was considered the largest ever military campaign in Aleppo in the last 5 years of conflicts.
