(VNA) - US Ambassador David Shear on Wednesday introduced a new program offering a comprehensive range of services for 10.000 Vietnamese people with disabilities. The US Agency for International Development (USAID) will provide vocational training and support to give children with disabilities equal access to education as well as other services. The 9-million-USD program will provide the disabled with corrective surgeries, therapy, speech, and occupational therapies.The program will be implemented in Da Nang, Binh Dinh, and Dong Nai.
