The bill was introduced by Republican Senator Bob Corker, Chairman of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and Democratic Senator Robert Menendez, the top Democrat on the panel. The measure would require President Obama to submit any deals reached with Iran to Congress within 5 days and give Congress 60 days to consider it.
