(VOVworld) – During his brief trip to Jamaica, President Barack Obama said Thursday that the US State Department has completed its review of Cuba as a state of state sponsors of terrorism, but an official decision to remove the designation has not yet been made.

Ben Rhodes, President Obama's deputy national security advisor, said Obama might remove Cuba from the list before the 7^th American Summit, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, in Panama.
