(VOVWORLD) - The first Putaleng Festival with the theme "Visiting Water Rail Flower" will be held in Tam Duong district, Lai Chau province on November 22-24 to promote the local majestic natural scenery and indigenous cultural values.

The Festival will include exciting activities such as displays of ethnic groups’ culture, a paragliding event, the second Pu Ta Leng race to conquer Tac Tinh waterfall, a community culinary competition, a Mong flute festival, tourism promotion activities, and a fair of local OCOP products.
Vu Xuan Thinh, Vice Chairman of the Tam Duong District People's Committee, said: “At the festival, we introduce the beautiful ethnic cultural identities and natural landscapes. I hope more tourists will come to Tam Duong to enjoy the natural landscapes, experience ethnic cultures, and contemplate the largest water-rail flower forest in Vietnam.”
