Qorvo will provide senior lecturers and experts, delivering training in line with US standards, while Cadence will supply comprehensive software licences for semiconductor design.

40 trainees will undergo a three-month intensive program at NIC's Hanoi campus that will combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience using Cadence Virtuoso, an industry-standard software tool.

The trainees – lecturers and students from leading universities in Hanoi – will receive scholarships to cover the cost of the training. Graduates will be offered internships and employment opportunities at Qorvo and partner firms in the semiconductor design sector.

At the opening ceremony, NIC and Qorvo signed a memorandum of understanding in the presence of Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung and Bob Bruggeworth, Qorvo's Chairman.

The MOU demonstrates a strategic commitment to advancing Vietnam's semiconductor ecosystem through high-quality research, development, and talent training.
