(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Red Cross held a ceremony this week to announce a project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to improve disaster risk management at all levels.

With 500,000 USD in aid, the 2-year project will focus on disaster mitigation and first aid training in Bac Lieu, Hoa Binh, and Quang Tri province.
