(VOVworld)- The President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s Central Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan on Monday highlighted entrepreneurs’ important role in the reviving the national economy.

At a video meeting with more than 100 outstanding entrepreneurs from the Vietnam Apparel Group to mark Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day on October 13, Mr. Nhan said that with more than 5,000 enterprises employing 2.5 million workers, the business community played a key role in national industrialization, modernization and international integration. At a meeting with the FPT Group, Mr. Nhan stressed the importance of promoting technology application and transfer and developing high-end human resources. Visiting the Son Ha International Joint Stock Company, Mr. Nhan urged the company to improve its competitive edge to enhance Vietnam’s role in the international market. Also that day, the President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visited GOC Food Processing Company in Bac Giang and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs’ Association.
