(VOVworld) - Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan received 40 outstanding Laotian students in Vietnam. They represent some 9,000 Laotian who are doing their research and study in Vietnamese universities.

She praised practical outcomes in bilateral education cooperation and wished the students to contribute more to Laotian national development. She presented 100 million dong to the Laotian Embassy as part of a foundation to support Laotian students in their studies.
