Vice State President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh visited disadvantaged people in Quang Nam province.

She appreciated the province’s socio-economic output and good care for national contributors.  She urged them to promote internal strength, to help improve people’s material and cultural lives.

Mrs. Thinh presented 21,000 USD to Que Son district’s authority to build 10 charity houses and gifts for 100 poor households. 300 gifts and 50 scholarships were given to social beneficiary households and poor children in Dien Ban township.
