(VOVworld) – Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan, who is also Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fund for Child Protection, on Tuesday presented 118 scholarships to poor students in Nam Dinh province.
The Vietnam Fund for Child Protection has, over the years, presented scholarships worth millions of USD to poor students in 44 provinces and cities nationwide. Nam Dinh province’s Fund for Child Protection has mobilized 250,000 USD worth of scholarships, free surgery and gifts for more than 20,000 disadvantaged children.
