At a ceremony in Hanoi organized by the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, the Vice President expressed her hope that the “Learning never ends” movement will continue to spread.
Ms. Thinh said: “Despite their different backgrounds, the recipients have all learned from books, jobs, their friends, their colleagues, and their communities to become the masters of their lives and contribute to society. Among them are disabled and blind individuals who have overcome great difficulties. They are farmers, workers, and ethnic minority people who all acknowledge the importance of learning”.
