Vice President visits Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics
(VOVWORLD) - Ahead of Christmas, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh on Thursday visited the Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics (CSVC) and its Chairman, Priest Tran Xuan Manh.

Wishing Priest Manh and Catholics a merry, happy Christmas, the Vice President affirmed that Catholics form an integral part of the great national unity bloc. She praised their significant contributions to the past struggle for national independence and reunification and the present cause of reform and development. Thinh lauded the enthusiastic response of the CSVC to movements and campaigns launched by the Party, State and Vietnam Fatherland Front, and urged the committee to continue to encourage Catholics to participate in patriotic movements.
