During talks with President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj, Prime Minister Jargaltulgyn Erdenebat, and National Assembly Chairman Miyegombo Enkhbold, both sides agreed to maintain high-level visits, solidify political trust, and enhance cooperation in regional and global issues of mutual concern. Vice President Thinh and Prime Minister Jargaltulgyn Erdenebat witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in population, welfare, and social affairs between the two countries' labor ministries.
