Vice President visits officers, soldiers of Naval Region 2
(VOVWORLD) -Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh visited and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of Naval Region 2 stationed in Vung Tau City on the 55th anniversary of the naval force’s first victories in August 1964.

Given complicated and intense development in the East Sea recently, the Vice President asked the naval force to fully grasp the Party views on the protection of national sovereignty and territorial rights. She asked the soldiers and officers to try their best to become the main force in the protection of national sea and islands as well as continental shelf.
