(VOVworld)-Vietnam will do its utmost to earn a spot in ASEAN’s top 4 in the  business and investment climate, said Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at a conference to promote invesment, trade and toursim in the northern mountainous province of Tuyen Quang on Monday.  Mr. Phuc reiterated that the Vietnamese Government is resolved to become a constructive government of integrity and action for the sake of the people and enterprises.

He noted that many pending issues have been solved during a meeting between cabinet members and Tuyen Quang provincial leaders. The Prime Minister agreed on the construction of an expressway linking Tuyen Quang with the Noi Bai-Lao Cai expressway in the form of public-private partnership. 

“Tuyen Quang needs to accelerate administrative reform, particularly in business and investment. The province should work harder to be included in the top 20 of Vietnam’s investment destinations”, Mr. Phuc said.

6 investment projects worth 850 million USD were signed at the conference.
