(VOVworld) - Vietnam wants to boost cooperation with Algeria in various fields that will fuel the two nations’ common development.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung reiterated Vietnam’s guiding diplomatic rationale after welcoming Algerian Minister of Industry Development and Investment Promotion Amara Benyounes at a reception in Hanoi on Thursday. The Prime Minister suggested promoting reciprocal delegation exchanges, finalising specific cooperation programmes, and boosting investment, energy, and labour cooperation. He asked both nations to stand side by side at international and regional forums and encourage the Vietnam-Algeria Inter-Government Committee’s attempts to enhance multifaceted cooperation.
