Deputy Director of the Hospital Tran Quoc Viet said a level 1 field hospital was built and began operating in July this year. The 175 Military hospital also worked with the peacekeeping center of Vietnam’s Ministry of National Defense to hold a number of workshops with the US army and the Australian army on deploying peacekeeping forces. Mr. Viet said he hoped that with 25 years of experience taking part in peacekeeping forces, and 10 years of operating field hospitals, Chinese partners will share experience and expertise on operating a field hospital for a peacekeeping mission with Vietnam.
