Mr. Bousone Boupphavanh said Vietnam and Laos have special relations and Vietnam’s experience in economic development is applicable to Laos, especially as Laos is attempting to fulfill the resolution of the 9th Party Congress and looking towards the ASEAN Economic Community by 2015.
