Vietnam, APEC share competition negotiation skills in FTA
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam needs to strengthen its legal framework on competition to turn challenges into advantages, APEC members said at a conference in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday.

Themed “Sharing competition negotiation skills in FTA”, the APEC Senior Official Meeting (SOM3) is an opportunity for Vietnam to exchange experience and learn from other economies.
Tran Thi Minh Phuong of Vietnam’s Competition Authority under the Ministry of Industry and Trade said: “We are an active member of APEC’s competition expert group. We are revising the Law of Competition to meet APEC and international norms.”
