(VOVworld) - Hoang Anh Tuan, Head of the Institute for Strategic Research under Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is representing Southeast Asia at Brussels Forum 2015, scheduled from March 19^th to 22^nd in Brussels, Belgium. In an interview with Vietnamese reporters in Brussels on the forum’s sidelines, Tuan emphasized that topics discussed at the forum have huge impacts on policy-makers in major global centers. He added such topics help global thinkers to seek solutions for global issues regarding security, politics, trade, and that in the East Sea. Tuan said Vietnam’s participation at the forum reflects increasing global concerns over security in Southeast Asia, especially territorial disputes in the East Sea. Participants at the forum acknowledged Vietnamese scholars’ role and contributions to global security problems.
