Vietnamese Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son led a delegation to the event. The meeting will have three sessions on trade liberalization and global governance, the implementation of SGDs, and development issues in Africa. The Ministers will discussed ways to create better conditions for trade and investment activities, cope with challenges emerging from digitization, optimize benefits from digitization and reduce its impacts as well as improve the performance of multilateral mechanisms including the World Trade Organization.
