Deputy Chief Organizer and Vice Director of the National Library, Nguyen Xuan Dung, said a national prize for books will be presented on this occasion:“The National Library is honored to present the first national book prizes in recognition of individual efforts in writing, publication and distribution. We have dedicated a play ground for kids from 3 to 5 to make them get used to with reading habit.”
