Vietnam Buddhist Sangha donates ventilators, oxygen generators to India
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam Buddhist Sangha on Wednesday handed over 100 ventilators and 50 oxygen generators worth 600,000 USD to the Indian Embassy in Hanoi. The medical equipment will be transported by air to the Indian Red Cross Society next Wednesday.

At a ceremony to hand over the medical equipment to the Indian Embassy in Hanoi on Wednesday, Most Venerable Thich Duc Thien, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, shared his sympathy for the hardships and efforts of the Indian government and people during the pandemic.
He confirmed solidarity, friendship, and mutual support of the two countries’ Buddhist organizations.
