(VOVworld) - The Bulgarian Embassy in Vietnam, and Vietnam-Bulgaria Friendship Association, celebrated Bulgaria’s day of culture, education and Slavic script in Hanoi on Tuesday. 

Chairman of the Association Nguyen Van Tuan said the celebration is also a reunion of Vietnamese who have studied or worked in Bulgaria, which helps cement ties between the two countries. On the occasion, Tuan and Simeon Dimchev, Chairman of the Bulgaria-Vietnam Friendship Association, signed a cooperation pact for the 2016-2021 period.
