President Phuc congratulated the Cambodian people on their achievements in national construction, political and security stability, socio-economic development and elevating national status. He said the Vietnamese leaders and people hope that the Cambodian people will continue to record greater achievements. The President applauded the cooperation and support between the two countries in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Deputy Prime Minister Men Sam An agreed to continue people-to-people diplomacy activities and exchanges between mass organizations and youth and women associations of the two countries, promote the two friendship associations of Vietnam and Cambodia, and strengthen coordination in education and communication so that people from all walks of life, especially the young generations, are more aware of the meaning of preserving and cultivating the friendship between the two countries.
