At a reception for Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Samdech Sar Kheng in Hanoi on Monday, Mr. Phuc cited Vietnam’s consistent policy of reinforcing neighbourliness, friendship, comprehensive cooperation, and long-term sustainability with Cambodia.  

He said that the public security forces of the two countries should increase all-level delegation exchanges, while maintaining and promoting the existing cooperation mechanisms, and consistently pursue the principle of not allowing any hostile forces to use one country’s territory to harm the other’s peace, security, or stability.

Samdech Sa Kheng said Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior and Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security should strengthen their ties, and pledged to direct authorised Cambodian agencies to create favourable conditions for Vietnamese people in Cambodia.
