(VOVworld) - Vietnam Culture Day attracted the attention of the Italian public at the Mercati di Traiano museum in Rome on Wednesday.

The event featured a Vietnamese food festival and a fashion show presenting collections created by Italian and Vietnamese designers. Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy Nguyen Hoang Long said that Vietnam will continue to foster its strategic partnership with Italy for peace, stability and mutual benefit, since there is still a huge potential to tap into, particularly in economics, trade, culture, and tourism. The diplomat expressed his appreciation for the support he has received from Italy during his tenure so far. Co-organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in Italy and local authorities, the event aimed to promote the Vietnamese culture, land and people.
