Addressing the workshop, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Dang Hoang An expected accurate forecast of social economic development to reflect well on energy demand for a reasonable master plan. It was based on the Politburo Resolution 55 on national energy development until 2030 with a  vision to 2045.
