The delegation of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry attended a trade promotion workshop for Vietnamese and Egyptian businesses, worked on policies with Egypt’s Ministry of Trade and Industry and the General Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, and visited supermarkets in Cairo.

Ahmed El Wecemy, Vice President of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, said: “The workshop was a valuable opportunity for businesses of the two countries. We are creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese businesses to penetrate the Egyptian market with agricultural products, seafood, electronics, textiles, and garments. We are ready to support Vietnamese enterprises seeking business opportunities and help them resolve their problems.”
