(VOVworld) - Hanoi has hosted a seminar to discuss challenges in the implementation of the Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement.


Delegates reviewed challenges in ensuring the agreement compliance with domestic law when it comes to scope of application and dispute resolution. Deputy Director of the Central Economic Management Institute, Vo Tri Thanh, said: “The government should promote communications on the agreement while harmonizing its development strategy in line with major partners to ensure maximum benefits. Enterprises should reckon advantages, risks and competitiveness to create added values. Small and medium sized enterprises must focus on capacity building besides seeking profit.”
