(VOVworld) – Vietnam’s Minister of Public Security To Lam praised all-round cooperation between Vietnam and the US. At a reception in Hanoi on Wednesday, Lam urged US Ambassador to Vietnam Ted Osius to boost public security cooperation in the interest of regional peace, stability, cooperation, and development.

While receiving outgoing Australian Ambassador to Vietnam Hugh Borrowman the same day, Lam said he hopes that in whatever positions Borrowman may hold in the future, he will work to bolster cooperation between Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security and Australia’s law enforcement agencies. Lam promised stronger links between his Ministry and Australian agencies.
