(VOVworld) – During a visit to Hanoi University on Thursday, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Nguyen Thien Nhan asked the university to apply innovative methods to the teaching of foreign languages. Nhan asked the university, formerly known as Hanoi University of Foreign Studies, to boost the foreign language skills of young Vietnamese to help Vietnam integrate into the world. He also urged the university’s leaders to turn the university into a center for preserving and promoting the Vietnamese language and traditional culture.
